Embodying Change in Yourself

Embodying Change is sourced from a belief in a whole way of living. The series is purposefully broken down into three integrative parts that allows for the mind and body to transform through the process of embodying who you truly are. Each month we will focus on a different part of the journey, equipping you with the tools to incorporate into your life and work by nature of being.

Working to embody change in times of transition

Is this You?
I AM
In a career transition/ life change (So everyone!)
Looking for purpose and meaning in my life
Looking to dig deeper into my spiritual practice
Wanting to make a change in myself and the world
Curious and looking to expand who I am
Looking to unlock my creative potential
Searching for some peace of mind
Wanting to let go of the past and live in the Present

Laboring in Joy is the meaning of life. No matter how dark, or violent or uncertain, when we are laboring together, it allows Joy to rush in. Joy is our greatest act of moral resistance. Joy returns us to everything that is good and beautiful and worth fighting for.
